We designed this set of six bilingual (Welsh/English) exterior information panels to bring alive the rich history of the sites along the River Nedern in Monmouthshire, south Wales.
The branding style we created was designed to be flexible as our client needed three different formats due to the siting requirements at the different locations. This included landscape panels at A1 and A2 sizes which were mounted between two oak posts, and a tall slim version mounted onto single monolith oak post.
Each panel was designed to highlight one main heritage image and featured an annotated map along with supporting images. It was vital that Welsh and English text were given equal prominence (even though Welsh text is generally 30% longer than the equivalent in English), and the layout kept clean, fresh and enticing.
