This folder is part of a complete re-branding process that Dispirito undertook with Greenwoods: which also included designing their logo, for sale boards, stationery and marketing leaflets.

As these folders would be left with prospective customers after a valuation,  Greenwoods were keen for their pack to stand out from their competitors. So the folder, whilst conservative on the outside representing the quality of the service the company have offered for over 15 years, has a very bright fresh green all over the inside. This mix of conservative and contemporary became a linking theme across all the items we designed for them.
