This square flyer was designed for Greenwoods to distribute locally to houses as a way of prompting more enquiries for house valuations.

The design was kept clean and simple so the message was strong and instantly understood. In all Greenwoods' marketing we have kept focused on what it is that makes them stand out from the crowd – and made sure that all marketing items convey this. In this instance a combination of the copywriting and an adjusted version of their logo (with houses added to each ellipse) unite the brand with their core marketing message - about how they are different to other estate agents. Simple – yet effective.
