In 2005 Adventa, based in Monmouthshire, were launching a new initiative to promote locally produced products (crafts and produce) and approached Dispirito to help them establish a new brand for the venture. This began with the creation of the 'Made in Monmouthshire' logo - which was to signal the beginning of a hectic few months for Adventa and Dispirito Design, that went on to produce a working relationship that continues still.

Adventa needed a logo that would promote the wide range of items made in Monmouthshire - this would include Arts and  Crafts as well as Produce. It was important the logo did not focus on just one aspect, but provided an endorsement of quality across the range. The logo would also need to be created in English, Welsh and bilingual versions.

Maria Dispirito worked closely with the team at Adventa to ensure the logo design created delivered  the right tone and message. A range of logo designs were considered, but the final logo was clearly the logo for the job. The interweaving strands give a hint of the landscape of Monmouthshire and also give the logo a soft, hand crafted feel.

Dispirito has since gone on to work with Adventa to extend the brand onto Leaflets, Posters, Flyers, Exhibition Stands, Banners, Swing Tags, Adverts, Vouchers and Website.
